This dip is great with tempura vegetables and raw carrot sticks. I'm considering having it on hand as a go-to snack.
Note: if using yogurt, you'll need significantly less wasabi than if using sour cream
Wasabi Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
4 oz. sour cream or yogurt
wasabi, to taste
1/8 tsp. white ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
